Lisa Davidson joined Explorer Solutions/Loomex in 2015. She has a vast aviation experience and has attained a Transport Canada Glider Pilot and Private Pilot Licenses. As General Manager, Airports (South), Lisa oversees the administration and operations of five airports managed by The Loomex Group and ensures regulatory compliance for operations. She also provides airport operations, management and compliance consulting services. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science and has completed several aviation-specific training courses, including TP312, Scribe, Crisis Communications. Lisa is a certified member of the International Association of Airport Executives, working towards her IAAE Airport Executive accreditation.
Previously, she was a Standards Officer for the Department of National Defense, and also implemented a youth flight training program for over five years coordinating up to 40 students and 30 staff. Currently, Lisa works from the Peterborough Office and is responsible for providing coordination, communication, administrative, operational and safety management support, in a variety of situations ranging from routine operations to airfield and groundside emergencies to the team and airport community.
