A group of industry leaders looking to implement a new MRO facility at the Saint-Hubert Airport (YHU) needed a feasibility study and the preparation of a business plan.
In collaboration with its partner, the Mallette Group, a study of market opportunities and requirements were carried out to assess the possibility of implementing an MRO and Aircraft Mod facility at YHU. The project also took into consideration the local assets in the “École Nationale d’Aéronautique” (ENA) and “Centre Technologique en Aérospatiale” (CTA) to propose the creation of a Centre of Excellence for the development of Industry 4.0 technologies in the MRO and aircraft modification businesses.
